IV. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION
Application No. 00-04(N)(RZ) Regal Industrial Property – The applicants, Absolute Holdings of South Florida, Inc. and Lake Wellington Professional Center, Inc., is requesting a Rezoning. Specifically Ordinance 811, proposes to amend the present zoning district from “RMU-Residential Mixed Use” to “IL-Limited Industrial” zoning district for approximately 63.318 acres of real property located on the west side of State Road 7, approximately 1,500 feet south of Okeechobee Boulevard.
