Approve minutes of February 24, 2009 Local Planning Agency meeting.

IV.     ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION

1.      Application 97-14(E)(RZ) Proposed Rezoning of the Cultural Center Property – Specifically Ordinance No. 818 proposes to rezone a certain parcel of real property 6.132+ acres in size located at 115 Civic Center Way, lying within the portion of replat of Tract One-Fifteen at the southwest intersection of Okeechobee Boulevard and Civic Center Way, by assigning a new zoning designation to this property of  “PO- Public Ownership District”.  Village initiated application.

2.      Application 07-08(A)(LSCPA) Proposed Large Scale Comp Plan Map Amendment of “The Enclave” Property - Specifically Ordinance No. 804 proposes a map change amendment to the Village of Royal Palm Beach Comprehensive Plan assigning a land use designation of  “RM- Medium Density Residential” to a certain parcel of property 27.80± acres in size located adjacent to 101st Trail South just west of SR 7.  Applicant – Greenberg Traurig, P.A.

3       Application 07-08(B)(RZ) Proposed Rezoning of “The Enclave” Property – Specifically Ordinance No. 805 proposes to rezone a certain parcel of real property 27.80± acres in size located adjacent to 101st Trail South just west of SR 7 by assigning a new zoning designation to this property of “RM-12 Multifamily Residential District”. Applicant – Greenberg Traurig, P.A.

4.      Application 07-02(B)(LSCPA) Proposed Large Scale Comp Plan Map Amendment of “FOX DRI/MUPD” Property – Specifically Ordinance No. 819 proposes a map change amendment to the Village of Royal Palm Beach Comprehensive Plan assigning a land use designation of “RMU – Residential Mixed Use” to a certain parcel of property 250.59+ acres in size and a land use designation of “COM – Commercial “ to a certain parcel of property 47.52+ acres in size located on the north and south sides of Okeechobee Boulevard, lying within the Fox DRI/MUPD.
