IV.     ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION

1.      Application 07-08 & 10-04 (LSCPA) Proposed Large Scale Comp Plan Text Amendments - Specifically Ordinance No. 834 proposes a text amendment to the Village of Royal Palm Beach Comprehensive Plan in order to create an entirely new residential, future land use designation of  “RM-9 – Multiple Family Residential” and a second text amendment to create an entirely new future land use designation of “EDC – Economic Development Center” along with the necessary supplemental text to adequately describe these two proposed future land use categories.  Co-Applicants – Urban Design Kilday Studios & the Village of Royal Palm Beach

2.      Application 07-08(C)(LSCPA) Proposed Large Scale Comp Plan Map Amendment of “The Enclave” Property - Specifically Ordinance No. 835 proposes a map change amendment to the Village of Royal Palm Beach Comprehensive Plan assigning a new residential land use designation of “RM-9- Multiple Family Residential” to four (4) parcels of property which total 29.34± acres in size, inclusive of adjacent rights-of-way, located on either side of 101st Trail South just south of Anthony Groves Road and  west of SR 7.  Co-Applicants – Cotleur & Hearing & the Village of Royal Palm Beach

3.      Application 09-09(A)(LSCPA) Proposed Large Scale Comp Plan Map Amendment of Weldon Property, f/k/a Heron Cove and Heritage Oaks property - Specifically Ordinance No. 836 proposes a map change amendment to the Village of Royal Palm Beach Comprehensive Plan assigning a commercial land use designation of “COM Commercial” to two (2) parcels of property which total 50.376± acres in size located at the southwest corner of State Road 7 and Okeechobee Boulevard.  Applicant, Jon Schmidt & Associates on behalf of owner, Weldon Townhouse Limited & Southstar Development WPB, LLC

4.      Application 10-04(A)(LSCPA) Proposed Large Scale Comp Plan Map Amendment of the “Crestwood Redevelopment Area” - Specifically Ordinance No. 837 proposes a map change amendment to the Village of Royal Palm Beach Comprehensive Plan assigning a new future land use designation of “EDC – Economic Development Center” to three (3) parcels of property which total 159.86± acres in size and located as follows:  150.2732± acre parcel at the site of the former Village wastewater treatment plant; an 8.6811± parcel north of the H.L. Johnson Elementary School; and a 0.91± acre parcel north of Crestwood Boulevard and east of Madison Green. Applicant – The Village of Royal Palm Beach
