Approve minutes of the June 23, 2009 Planning & Zoning meeting.

IV.     ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION

1.      Application No. 05-12(C)(SPM,LW) Christ Fellowship Church – The applicant, Christ Fellowship Church, Inc., is requesting a Major Site Plan Modification, incorporating a Landscape Waiver request, in order to modify the site plan and landscape plan and provide for different phasing of the project’s elements.
THIS ITEM WAS POSTPONED ON 6/23/09 TO A TIME CERTAIN OF 7/28/09. THERE ARE STILL UNRESOLVED ISSUES AND THE ITEM IS BEING POSTPONED AND WILL BE READVERTISED FOR A LATER DATE.

2.      Application No. 09-02 (A)(MCIC) 2632 Arbor Lane (Shaffer Residence) – The applicants, Philip & Elizabeth Shaffer, are requesting a Modification to Council Imposed Conditions imposed on the Madison Green PUD through Resolution 01-27 to allow for a reduction to the side yard setbacks for screen enclosures as set forth specifically in Condition of Approval No. 21 and pursuant to Condition of Approval No. 38.

3.      Application No. 09-03 (AAR) Checkers @ Crossroads – The applicant, Checkers Drive-In Restaurants, Inc, is requesting Architectural Approval to repaint the exterior of the building located at 1318 Royal Palm Beach Boulevard.

4.      Application No. 09-04 (AAR) Chase Bank @ Crossroads – The applicant, NW Sign Industries, is requesting Architectural Approval to replace the existing Washington Mutual wall signage and monument sign with new Chase Bank signage.

5.      Application No. 06-08 (M)(AAR) – PortoSol by Minto – The applicant, Cotleur & Hearing, is requesting Architectural Approval to add a new model within the PortoSol development located on Okeechobee Boulevard west of Target.

6.      Application No. 95-11(B)(SPM,MCIC,AAR) First Baptist Church of Royal Palm Beach – The applicant, First Baptist Church of RPB, is requesting Site Plan Modification and Modification to Council Imposed Conditions as shown on the site plan to allow for alternative phasing of the proposed additions to the main church facility which will also modify the footprint of the proposed addition as most recently approved by Resolution No. 01-56, along with an expansion of playground area over a paved parking area; and Architectural Approval to revise the building colors on the existing church facility and approval of the proposed addition’s architectural features for the property located at 10701 Okeechobee Blvd.
