IV. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION
1. Application No. 05-12(C)(SPM,LW) Christ Fellowship Church – The applicant, Christ Fellowship Church, Inc., is requesting a Major Site Plan Modification, incorporating a Landscape Waiver request, in order to modify the site plan and landscape plan and provide for different phasing of the project’s elements.
2. Application No. 09-08(SPM) Village Hall Complex Modification - The applicant, Cotleur & Hearing on behalf of owner, Village of Royal Palm Beach is requesting Site Plan Modification for the addition of a new Public Safety Multi Purpose Building located at 1050B Royal Palm Beach Blvd.
3. Application No. 91-1(D)(AAR) Peninsula Executive Center – The applicant, Peninsula Enterprises, is requesting Architectural approval for the installation of a monument sign located at 11903 Southern Blvd.
