IV. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION
1. Application No. 06-06(O)(PP,FP) Corporate Center West - The applicant, Cotleur & Hearing, on behalf of owner, Corporate Center West, LLC., is requesting Preliminary Plat approval for 9.84 acres located at northeast corner of State Road 7 and Belvedere Road known as Corporate Center West PCD. The new Preliminary Plat approval is being requested since the applicant proposes to revise the lot configuration for the Preliminary Plat previously approved by Resolution No.07-04 for the PCD and also to rename the development encompassed by the new plat which will be entitled “University Centre.”
2. Application No. 04-10(S)(SE) Southern Palm Crossing PCD – The applicant, The Centre on Southern LLLP, is requesting a Special Exception Use approval for the use of “Green Market” in the CG General Commercial Zoning District in order to permit a Farmers Market event on Sunday mornings within the Southern Palm Crossing PCD located at 11021 Southern Blvd.
3. Application No. 09-11(AAR) RPB Business Park “Wiesnerland” – The applicant, Wiesnerland Business Pkwy, LLC., is requesting Architectural approval for a monument sign located at 530 Business Parkway.
4. Application NO. 09-11 (AAR) RPB Business Park “Wiesnerland” – The applicant, Wiesnerland Business Pkwy, LLC., is requesting Architectural approval for a monument sign located at 550 Business Parkway.
