IV. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION
1. Application No. 04-10 (T)(SE) Southern Palm Crossing – The applicant, Urban Design Kilday Studios, on behalf of the owner, The Centre on Southern LLLP, is requesting a Special Exception use approval for the use of “State licensed massage therapist establishment” in the CG Zoning Districted within the Southern Palm Crossing PCD located at 11021 Southern Blvd.
2. Application No. 07-07(F)(AAR) Fox Parcel 4C “Domino’s Pizza” – The applicant, BACH Sign Group, Inc., is requesting Architectural Approval to deviate from the master sign approval and allow for a wall sign with national logo located at 10200 Fox Trail Road.
3. Application No. 92-06(G)(AAR) Taco Bell – The applicant, ArchVision is requesting Architectural Approval to relocate a service and delivery door at the rear of the building located at 10115 Southern Boulevard.
