1. Application No. 04-10 (V)(AAR) Southern Palm Crossing – The applicant, Urban Design Kilday Studios, on behalf of the owner, The Centre on Southern LLLP, is requesting a Architectural Approval for Hurricane Grille to install awnings in the CG Zoning Districted within the Southern Palm Crossing PCD located at 11021 Southern Blvd.
2. Application No. 00-01(B)(AAR) Western Community Service Center – The applicant, Robling Architecture Construction, Inc., on behalf of the owner, Palm Beach County, is requesting Architectural Approval for the Western Community Service Center to remove a portion of a raised roof wall and lower to adjacent roof height.
