IV. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION
1. Application No. 10-06(AAR) Lot 8 @ Ponce de Leon Office Park – The applicant, Chris Latchmansingh, on behalf of owners Tony and Cindy Ramirez, is requesting Architectural approval to install wall signage and face change to monument sign located at 11369 Okeechobee Boulevard. (C
2. Application No. 10-02(VAR) 926 Camellia Drive. (Beauchesne Residence) The applicants, Paula and Donald Beauchesne, are requesting a Variance from Sec. 23-18. to allow for the parking of a Recreational Vehicle in their rear yard on a pervious surface where the Village Code requires that such vehicle be parked either in the front yard on an impervious parking space, on one side yard only, or in the rear yard but only if parked upon a paved, driveway access to a detached rear garage.
3. Application No. 04-10(Y)(AAR) Southern Palm Crossing “Bru’s Room” – The applicant, Bru’s Room Sports Grill, is requesting Architectural approval to deviate from the master sign plan for illuminated channel letter wall signs with logo located at 11111 Southern Boulevard within the Southern Palm Crossing PCD.
