SITE DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS:
1. 95-13(B)(MCIC) Master Craft Carstar – The applicant, Robert D’Angio, Jr. Esq. on behalf of owner, American Auto Collision Center, Inc., is requesting Modification to Council Imposed Conditions approved by Resolution 05-45, Condition 2.F. to allow for outdoor storage of vehicles while waiting for repair.
2. 03-01(E) Sunshine Properties “Chevron” – The applicant, Kemp Signs, Inc., is requesting a Sign Variance to replace the existing monument sign with a larger sign measuring 124 square feet in area.
