DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS:
- Application No. 09-10(SPM,SE) Cell Tower @ Water Treatment Plant – The applicant, The Village of Royal Palm Beach, is seeking Site Plan Modification and Special Exception use approval to relocate the existing cell tower located at 980 Crestwood Blvd.
- Application No. 07-07(C,D)(RZ,PP) Village Golf Club- The applicant, Zabik & Associates, is requesting Rezoning and Preliminary Plat approval for 1.5+ acres located on the west side of Ponce de Leon Street from PR to RS2 in order to develop up to eight single-family homes on a portion of Village Golf Club property.
