Most work done in the Village of Royal Palm Beach requires a Building Permit. Please contact our office at 561-790-5128 for more information. The base submittal requirements are needed for the following permit types:
*All Owner/Builder permits must have a notarized Owner/Builder Affidavit accompany permit application.
*Required paperwork must be submitted at the time of application for the permit to be accepted for processing.
*Product Approval submittal should include 1 cover page for our records and 1 complete set for the job site.
