Code Enforcement Process
After 10 days if the violation continues a Violation Notice will be sent by certified mailed to the property owner.
After additional time is allocated which would be based upon the type of citation, a Notice of Hearing is then mailed notifying that the Case will be heard before a Special Magistrate.
If the violation continues further the case will be heard by a Special Magistrate who may impose a fine. Page 4 |
