Village of Royal Palm Beach Seasonal Vendor Permit Application 2.) Owner’s Affidavit of Consent & Responsibility 3.) Hold Harmless Agreement 4.) Proof of general liability and property damage insurance Once submitted into the Village Clerk's Office an application must be approved by Technical Review Committee (TRC) and then be approved by Village Council.
