Limitations - Sale must be
located on a surface area as defined in Sec. 16-12B(1)(b). Concrete, asphalt, paver stones or other Village approved parking area. - Ingress and egress must be by means of an existing roadway - No more than (2) seasonal vendor permits per location per year. - Wholesale sales are not permitted - Applicant must pay for additional police officers if deemed necessary by the Village, along with any temporary services - Christmas tree sales limited to (30) days max. and (14) fourteen days for all other sales - Sale shall be located on property zoned for retail sales and not on public right-of-ways. - Temporary sleeping quarters at vendor location is
