Prohibited Acts (1) Loud
noises and amplifying devices (2) Use of public streets - No solicitor shall impede or inconvenience the public. (3) False pretenses - No solicitor shall enter into or upon residential premises in the village under false pretenses. (4) Reasonable requests - Solicitor must leave any premises after the owner or occupant has requested to do so. (5) No trespass - Solicitor may not enter any premises when the owner or occupant has displayed a "No Soliciting" or "No Peddlers" sign.
