A fee of $50.00 must be paid for each solicitor except those instances listed below: 1.) 501(c)3 Bona fide civic, charitable or religious organizations 2.) Newspaper delivery men who make deliveries to regular customers and whose solicitation is only incidental to regular deliveries 3.)
