Village Waterway Utilization Permits A Waterway Permit
is required by any person or agency that wishes to build, maintain, extend or make structural alterations on any pier, piling, bulkhead, sea wall, reef, breakwater, or other structure or wishes to do any filling, excaving or dredging in any public or private waters. - For exact wording refer to Village Code: Sec. 7-16 A Waterway Permit shall remain with the person to whom the permit was granted.
