Approve minutes of August 28, 2008 Local Planning Agency.
IV. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION
1. Ordinance No 809. Comp Plan Text Amendments: A hearing will be held to consider and make recommendations to the Village Council regarding EAR based amendments, being adopted pursuant to Subsection.163.3191 (10), Florida Statutes, as part of an overall update to the Village’s Comprehensive Development Plan. Specifically, revisions are proposed to comply with the Village’s “Evaluation and Appraisal Report” adopted by Resolution No. 07-01 by the Village Council on March 1, 2007 and deemed sufficient by the Florida Department of Community Affairs.
2. Ordinance No 810. Comp Plan Text Amendments: A hearing will be held to consider and make recommendations to the Village Council regarding amendments being adopted pursuant to Subsection.163.3177(6)(c), Florida Statutes, as part of an update to the Village’s Comprehensive Development Plan. Specifically, revisions are proposed to various elements of the Comp Plan in order to implement the Village’s 20-Year Water Supply Work Plan also proposed for adoption by Ordinance No. 810.
