IV. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION
Ordinance No. 816- Text changes are proposed to the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Royal Palm Beach at Chapter 18. Planning and Development. Specifically addressed through proposed Ordinance No. 816 will be changes amending Chapter 18 as follows: amending Article IV. at Sec. 18-42. to provide for reference to a more current state law definition; and amending Sec. 18-43. to adopt revisions to the mitigation procedures for the alteration of environmentally sensitive lands.
