1. Ordinance No. 826 – Zoning Code Text Amendments: A hearing will be held to consider and make recommendations to the Village Council regarding amendments being adopted to the Village Zoning Code to provide for an expedited permitting program for qualified businesses for their development applications when submitted to the Village.
2. Ordinance No 827. Sign Code Text Amendments: A hearing will be held to consider and make recommendations to the Village Council regarding amendments being adopted to the Village Sign Code providing for revisions to the regulations for nonresidential real estate signage.
