Ordinance 830 - Text change is proposed to the Village of Royal Palm Beach Zoning Ordinance. Specifically, Ordinance No. 830 proposes to establish a new Special Exception Use of “Amusement arcade” in the CG zoning district at Sec. 26-88., along with the removal of this same use from the list of permitted uses for this district; and amending the definition of “Amusement arcade” at Sec.26-22 to provide for further regulations.
