Approve minutes of the October 28, 2008 Planning & Zoning meeting.

IV.     ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION

1.      Application No. 91-3(J)(SE) Village Shoppes on 441, PCD (aka Southern Center) – The applicant, Urban Design Studio, on behalf of owner, The Centre on 441, LLLP., by Centre-441, Inc., its Corporate General Partner, is requesting approval for the Special Exception use “Automobile rental agencies” to allow for an automobile rental agency within the PCD located in the CG – General Commercial zoning district at the northwest corner of State Road 7 and Southern Blvd.

2.      Application No. 08-02(A)(SPM) Peninsula Bank/AutoZone – The applicant, Land Design South, on behalf of the owners, Southern Restaurant, LLC and Southern Blvd. Partners, LLC, is requesting Site Plan Modification to add a 7,360 square foot AutoZone facility as part of Phase II to the Peninsula Bank site plan previously approved by Resolution No. 08-14 on April 17, 2008, and located at the northeast corner of on Southern Boulevard and 103rd Street.
