1. Application No. 04-08(g)(SP,PP,VAR) Munne Royal Homes – The applicant, Land Design South, is requesting Site Plan, Preliminary Plat and Subdivision Code Variance approvals for a 12 unit residential development on a 5.0+ acre site, located on the south side of Pioneer Road, approximately 1,200 feet east of State Road 7.
