1. Application No. 165(F)(AAR) Sunoco @ Regal Center – The applicant, Strong Imaging Services, is requesting architectural approval to rebrand the pump island canopy from Citgo to Sunoco located at 1009 N. State Road 7.
2. Application No. 07-02(D) Fox DRI/MUPD Development Order – A resolution of the Village Council of Royal Palm Beach approving an amended and restated development order for the Fox Development of Regional Impact (DRI) and Minto Communities, LLC’s request to increase the number of dwelling units on Parcel 6 of the Fox DRI to 499 units
