Application No. 04-09(G)(SE) – Royal Commerce Office/Warehouse – The applicant, Chet Biermat, President on behalf of Royal Commerce Park II Condominium Association, Inc., is requesting Special Exception Use approval to allow for “Automobile and/or water craft repair and/or service” in the IG Zoning District located at 600 Royal Commerce Road. Postponed at the August 25, 2009 P&Z meeting
2. Application No. 04-07(P)(SE) – Royal Office Park (Weiner Property - The applicant/owner, Royal Office Park, Ltd. is requesting a Special Exception Use approval to allow for the use of a “State licensed massage therapist establishment” within the CO Zoning District located at 410 S. State Road 7 in the Village of Royal Palm Beach, Florida.
