Cancellation Policy
A request to cancel a booking must be made in writing from the original party and be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt of payment. Refunds are subject to the following cancellation schedule:
  • 60 days or more prior to event - Loss of 20% of the booking deposit
  • 30-59 days prior to event - Loss of Booking Deposit (50% of full rental fee)
  • No refund will be given if notification is given less than 30 days before the event

Items that are prohibited / restricted at the Cultural Center include:
  • Alcoholic beverages – May be served if indicated on application; beer kegs are not allowed
  • Pets or animals – Not allowed in the building
  • Weapons or firearms – Prohibited from the building with the exception of law enforcement
