Our Place in the Community
The Royal Palm Beach Cultural Center is a municipal facility operated by the Village of Royal Palm Beach, a family-oriented community of approximately 30,000 in west-central Palm Beach County, Florida.
An Elegant Setting for Your Special Occasion
Our facility houses two kitchens which are equipped with refrigeration, warming ovens, prep tables, ice machines, utility sinks, and more. Kitchens are only able to be used by a licensed caterer for parties of any kind.
Room Rates
All rates listed are hourly unless otherwise noted. For non-profit, the resident rate applies. For all other organizations, the non-resident rate applies.
The Cultural Center is for rent by appointment only. Please call (561) 790-5196 Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm to schedule your appointment.
Large Events
Grand Ballroom
(4,500 sq. ft. auditorium with stage)
Can accommodate up to 295 people (banquet style) and 600 (theater style).
Perfect for a larger wedding or event, the Grand Ballroom allows space for additional amenities available for reservation including, but not limited to, a portable dance floor, dressing room, podium, theatrical stage lighting and buffet style tables.

Holiday Days are Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, & New Year's Day. All rental fees are subject to applicable sales tax. No sales tax for staff costs. All pricing includes tables, chairs, and room setup. Minimum hours need to be within specified Time Blocks: “A” 7:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., “B” 4:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday only minimum rental 8 hours if you want the hours between 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. OTHER FEES AND CHARGES Catering fee: Grand Ballroom - $200 Full Banquet Room - $100 ½ Banquet Room - $50 |
