Mission Statement

The mission of the Building Department is to protect the public safety, health, and general welfare through the administration and enforcement of the Florida Building Code and the Village Code of Ordinances.

STARTING WEDNESDAY, MAY 18, 2022, ALL PAYMENTS MADE WITH A DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD, ONLINE AND OVER THE COUNTER, WILL INCUR A 2.70% SERVICE FEE. THIS FEE IS ASSESSED AND COLLECTED BY THE CREDIT CARD PROCESSOR AND NOT THE VILLAGE OF ROYAL PALM BEACH. NO FEE WILL BE ASSESSED ON PAYMENTS MADE BY CASH OR CHECK.
