Base Submittal Requirements

Most work done in the Village of Royal Palm Beach requires a Building Permit. Please contact our office at (561) 790-5128 for more information. The base submittal requirements are needed for the following permit types: 

  • All Owner / Builder Permits must have a notarized Owner / Builder Affidavit accompany the permit application.
  • Required paperwork must be submitted at the time of application for the permit to be accepted for processing.
  • Product approval submittal should include one cover page for our records and one complete set for the job site.
