Selena grew up on the small island of Antigua in the West Indies and lived with her grandparents in Miami while in middle and high school. She spent 15 years in the sports and entertainment industry working for most South Florida professional sports teams and the National Hockey League. She continued her career in Milwaukee, WI with the Bradley Center and Clear Channel Radio before returning to South Florida as the Marketing Director of Roger Dean Stadium. Selena is the owner of Quad S Solutions that supports small businesses and non-profits with social media, marketing, and public relations. 

Selena has a strong commitment to the Royal Palm Beach community and serves in leadership roles in various organizations including being a founding member of The Western Business Alliance, as well as the past president of the Rotary Club of Royal Palm Beach. She served on the Central Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce board and their Economic Development Committee where she was instrumental in the ‘Buy Local’ initiative.  She is a graduate of Leadership Palms West (2010) and Leadership Palm Beach County (2012), where she co-chaired the Civic Engagement Committee helping dozens of local nonprofits.

Selena earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Barry University and her M.B.A. with an emphasis in leadership from the University of Miami. She and her family have lived in Royal Palm Beach since 2009.
